  Stay away from this store, 32 School St, Glen Cove, NY 11542, and specially "Mitch", he is unwilling to help neither he is willing to understand your problem. I have 4 phones somehow T-mobile dropped off the insurance on one of the phones, T-mobile representative said to go to T-mobile store to verify the phone is in good condition before they put the insurance back on it. He, Mitch, could have resolved my issue simply by calling T-mobile on the phone but instead he said "Most T-mobile representative are incompetent and that my issue should resolve by waiting for 72 hours". Thank you "Mitch" for nothing
